Problem defining: Evaluating expectations of the Techn’home users in Belfort.
Here’s what we figured out to be some of the key areas:
Carrying out a qualitative study to evaluate customer loyalty of managers, and the satisfaction of executives working in the Techn’homee center.
Studying behavior and expectations of target audiences.
Program of animations (e.g. partnership with the festival Les Eurockéennes), participative workshops and conferences on a large scale.
Brand platform: repositioning of the center towards an ecosystem of companies.
Creation of a vision for Techn’home.
